Joining
Can I bring my current team or assistant?+
Yes. Many agents join with an assistant or a small team. We will structure it so it works for how you already operate.
Can I join part time?+
Yes. We take actively growing agents and part-time agents who are serious about serving clients well.
How long does it take to move my licence?+
Usually a few business days once your paperwork is in with RECA. We handle the transfer steps with you.
Is my conversation with you confidential?+
Completely. Nothing is shared with anyone, and there is no pressure to make a decision.
Money
What does it cost to hang my licence here?+
No desk fees and no transaction fees. You keep a low per-deal split to the brokerage, plus the standard franchise fee on closed deals. Commissions in Alberta are negotiable.
How does the split work?+
A low per-deal split to the brokerage on your own business, with a slightly different arrangement on brokerage-provided leads. We will walk through the exact numbers on a confidential call.
Do I have to pay for leads?+
No. Brokerage-generated leads are distributed to agents who are active and responsive — you never buy them.
Will a lower listing commission hurt my income?+
Most agents find the opposite: a lower commission offer wins more listings, and more inventory means more buyer calls, sign calls, referrals and spin-off deals.
Office & support
Is there an office location for key drop off and meetings if needed?+
Yes. Front desk service during business hours, plus a meeting room and board room available to book 24 hours a day.
Do I have to work from the office?+
No. Most of our agents work remotely and use the office when they need it. If you want a desk full of coworkers around you every day, we are probably not the best fit.
What support do I get as a newer agent?+
Onboarding, contract review, one-on-one coaching and direct access to the broker. The brand does a lot of the heavy lifting so you are not starting from zero.

What technology is included?+
CRM, listing and marketing tools, professional photography coordination, a personal agent page on the brokerage site, and paperwork/compliance systems — all included.
